Now confirmed to be Charles and Mary’s eldest son.
He’s listed in the 1881 census, age 6, with his parents and siblings Lillian and “Allice” (typo for Hallie).9
Not in Elmwood cemetery records but listed as the informant in Charles Jones (his father’s) cemetery records. William’s son Eldon R. Jones is apparently buried beside Charles Jones with a footstone marker.
Not listed as living with Charles and Mary in the 1901 census so he was old enough to be independent by that date.
His sister Hallie May Jones’ cemetery records say she was Secretary Treasurer at W G Jones Realty Co. for many years3 so we can assume he was a Realtor.
He moved to El Paso, Texas where he lived at the Angelus Hotel.21
